This riff on a whiskey sour is a light and refreshing must-try! The gin alternative lends a wonderful and botanical flavor profile. Made by our friend  

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz
• 2 oz gin alternative (Drink Monday recommended)
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into chilled coupe glass
• Express and garnish with a lemon peel
